Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, could not fault them in any way! From coming to our home to discuss what we were looking for and measuring up, to inviting us in to discuss option and see images of ideas, I would not look anywhere else. We shopped around and went to the 'usual suspects' like Wren and Magnet (amongst others) and Dale Jones Kitchens were by far the most attentive, constructive and keen to help you get what you wanted in-line with your budget. There were no hidden costs and everything is itemised, including options you could discuss / add if you wanted to.

When we decided on what we wanted in terms of unit colour, style and worktops, they then gave us options of different appliances and advice on what went best with the kitchen. There is a plan in place to pay and the fitters are brilliant. No mess left at all and attention to detail was clear, even down to putting a bespoke window sill to match up with the kitchen! One big plus... everything is bespoke so no 'standard size' units to try and squeeze into a space, it's all made to measure. 100% on all counts.

We went to various kitchen companies but had such a good feeling when we spoke to Karen . Absolutely lovely lady and nothing is too much trouble.

Dale Jones Kitchens have clearly set a high standard his staff have to meet and believe me it shows. Our kitchen fitter Johnny Butler was just brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, very little mess, fitted everything perfectly and tidied up after himself.

Lads came to measure and then fit the worktops, totally professional and they look incredible. John came to fit the glass splash backs, total gent and they totally finish the kitchen off ( get them !) Every step of the way we met professionals who wanted to provide an amazing kitchen.

So glad we found this company, it’s ran to the highest standards from initial contact to completion. Totally recommended!

Used Dale Jones Kitchens after recommendations from friends. Absolutely over the moon with kitchen, dining area and media area. Dale was friendly, professional and helpful, designs were provided and then discussed with Karen in the showroom. Karen was brilliant friendly with good ideas and very helpful.

We took the decision to upgrade our kitchen and kitchen dining area. A big job! Dale Jones was our chosen fitter and at outset we were immediately impressed by the attention to detail. 

Dale’s preparation and planning made it all work like clockwork. Communication along the way with the electricians, tillers, plumbers and decorators was exceptional – to the extent that they all commented on how easy the job had gone with Dale’s guiding hand and regular briefing along the way.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Dale Jones kitchens – a really hard working and committed individual.

Dale planned, designed and fitted our master bedroom and we were delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture and the extremely reasonable price. We will certainly be using him for other work and have already recommended him to other members of the family.

We wanted our sons bedroom fitted with cupboards and Dale came out and gave us ideas and designed it.

We were extremely impressed with the way Dale conducted himself whilst fitting our kitchen.

Unfortunately there were numerous problems and a lot of detail within the kitchen. However, we were delighted to say he managed to overcome them with minimal fuss giving satisfactory solutions which resulted in our beautiful kitchen.

We recently installed a new dalejoneskitchen and it was an easy choice for us as the company was recommended to us by a friend who had a very elegant and modern kitchen fitted and we were more than impressed with the work so we decided to get a design and quote which was handled in a very stress free and professional manner.

I was let down by a previous joiner and my bedroom make over was a disaster. Dale took over and was efficient clean and quick.
